Rabbi Yaacov Zvi Saberski is the Rav of Beis Hamedrash Eitz Chaim in Gateshead, UK and a Moreh Horo'ah appointed by the entire Gateshead Kehilla.
He studied practical Halacha under the great Rabbanim in England and Eretz Yisroel. After years of answering questions in Halacha, he realized that people would be able to answer many of their own questions if they were given crystal-clarity in that particular area.
